Design Philosophy

L’Art de vivre

LaS draws inspiration from the poetry of everyday life: the richness of fruit, the warmth of human touch, the emotions held close to the heart, the comfort of food, and the quiet order of geometric forms. Just as architecture and painting endure through time while preserving their beauty,

LaS gives everyday objects an artistic form, turning familiar moments and memories into wearable sculptures designed to accompany life and become part of its story.

The Art of Goldsmithing

Architecture gives jewelry its space and structure. LaS explores the possibilities of metal through traditional goldsmithing techniques, including metal weaving, lost-wax casting, forging and forming, and hand-twisting, combined with our distinctive handcrafted textures.

Each technique reveals new possibilities within metal, shaping its own volume, depth, tactility, and sense of weight. Metal is pushed beyond its conventional boundaries, building an artistic depth and material richness that are uniquely La Serenidad.

Metal as Canvas

Just as brushstrokes and layers of paint preserve the traces of time and emotion, LaS extends this artistic language into metal. In Japanese, Yohaku no Bi means the beauty of empty space. LaS treats metal as a canvas, allowing hand-carved textures to become brushstrokes, giving the metal room to breathe.

Through continuous exploration, LaS has developed six distinctive “Skin” textures, becoming a signature expression of the brand. LaS brings art beyond the frame and onto the body, transforming the language of painting into into wearable jewelry.
